- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. peanut butter
- 1 medium sized apple
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine Greek Yogurt and peanut butter and blend together until peanut butter is whipped
- Cut up apple and add
- Shake cinnamon on top
