Peanut Butter Yogurt Apples

Looking for a fast and yummy snack?  My kids also love this one… you can either “dip” the apples in or just cube them up and mix them in.  It’s a filling snack that combines fruit, protein, and healthy fats… what more could you ask for?  Enjoy!

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 medium sized apple
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  1. Combine Greek Yogurt and peanut butter and blend together until peanut butter is whipped
  2. Cut up apple and add
  3. Shake cinnamon on top
