This was one of the very first recipes that got me curious about clean eating. I have always liked thick and filling meals~ ya know, the”Steeler Halftime” meals that makes you warm on a chilly Sunday afternoon. I first learned of a turkey chili recipe in the Turbofire nutrition plan, which is one of Beachbody’s workout programs. I loved Turbofire chili but wanted to add a bit more flavor. This is one of the easiest chili recipes around and has great flavor. I like that you can add in as much or as little “heat” as you’d like depending on who you are making it for. You can also toss in a can of corn if you’d like to give it a sweet-n-spicy flavor.
