One of my favorites for sure – I make this one fairly thick, similar to a milkshake. This is a filling Shakeo recipe and always one of my go-to’s in the morning if I’m in a hurry.
- 1 scoop Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ banana
- 2 tsp. peanut butter
- 2 inches crushed ice
- 6 ounces water
- Put ice and water in first
- Add banana, pb, and Shakeo
- Blend until thick and creamy
- If you'd like to substitute almond milk for the water that's always a great option. You can also use PB2 instead of peanut butter.
