Making a comeback is a commitment to yourself~ it’s knowing that you can find ways to become fit and healthy regardless of your circumstances. Maybe you have gained weight after an injury and working out like you used to hasn’t been an option. Maybe you’ve let emotional eating pack on weight after a divorce or breakup and have sabotaged years of working hard and being fit. Maybe you’ve had children, gained the “pooch” and have now put your own health and fitness lower on the list of priorities. Or maybe you are just growing older and your body is stiff and aches, and you feel as if you just can’t seem to stay healthy. No matter what your REASON is – you can always make your comeback. It’s a decision to commit again to your health and then finding the support needed to write your own playbook and find what will work for you. You can always decide to move your health to the top of your priority list, there is always a way for you to make time, and there is always “something” you can do that will work for YOU. I am proof that ANYONE can make a comeback and work towards their health goals. I am committed to supporting you individually in your own comeback, in your own journey towards a healthier you.
