Comeback Fitness

Making a comeback is a commitment to yourself~  it’s knowing that you can find ways to become fit and healthy regardless of your circumstances.   Maybe you have gained weight after an injury and working out like you used to hasn’t been an option.  Maybe you’ve let emotional eating pack on weight after a divorce or breakup and have sabotaged years of working hard and being fit.  Maybe you’ve had children, gained the “pooch” and have now put your own health and fitness lower on the list of priorities.  Or maybe you are just growing older and your body is stiff and aches, and you feel as if you just can’t seem to stay healthy.  No matter what your REASON is – you can always make your comeback.  It’s a decision to commit again to your health and then finding the support needed to write your own playbook and find what will work for you.  You can always decide to move your health to the top of your priority list, there is always a way for you to make time, and there is always “something” you can do that will work for YOU.    I am proof that ANYONE can make a comeback and work towards their health goals.  I am committed to supporting you individually in your own comeback, in your own journey towards a healthier you.

If you are looking to begin a workout program or develop healthier, clean-eating habits I can provide you the support needed to be successful.  I will work with you to create an individualized program and nutrition plan that fits your everyday life.  I will also provide you daily 1:1 motivation and accountability through challenge groups or individual contact.    If you’d like to include your child/children in your health journey check out the Fit Kids tab below.  Fit Kids is an excellent opportunity for kids to develop a positive self image and healthy habits.  Fit Kids also provides programming to youth in schools, libraries, or community settings.
