I’m excited you are interested in joining into my next Health and Fitness Challenge Group. Here is what to expect when you join my accountability group….
- A 45-minute 1:1 call with me to identify your health goals, specific needs, any limitations or concerns, and previous fitness and nutrition education experience you’ve had.
- A step-by-step nutrition plan that will support your body type and lifestyle – including recommendations for any supplements that may be helpful.
- A fitness program that will help you reach your fitness goals – including any modifications needed.
- Daily accountability check-ins in our private online group.
- Weekly motivational tips, cleaned-up recipes, fitness modifications, and resources to support you throughout the challenge.
- A group of supportive, positive women who are rooting hard for your success.
- Weekly check-in’s to monitor progress and additional recommendations as needed.
- Weekly individual or group calls to talk about the emotional component of our health and fitness success.
Challenge groups are a great place for motivation, accountability, and support as you reach your health and fitness goals. Surrounding yourself with others who are also working towards their health and fitness goals will hold you accountable on days you feel defeated. You can be an active participant or simply check in daily and follow along in these closed Facebook Accountability Groups. These groups are a great place to share ideas, healthy recipes, workout tips, and stay connected to others who have similar goals. I firmly believe that our happiness is dependent upon our health, both physically and emotionally. With nearly twenty years of counseling experience I am very skilled at diving into both with you so that you receive the best support along the way!
