Ingredients
  • ½ cucumber - deskinned and sliced
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup kale
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • ⅔ cup fresh pineapple
  • 1½ tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup coconut water (optional)
  • ¼ cup almond milk (optional)
  • ICE
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients and BLEND well!
  2. If you like it thicker add more ice.
