Fiesta Chicken

Fiesta chicken - fast and filling. You can pour the fiesta chicken over rice or quinoa if you'd like. You can also add in one can of corn.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cubed
  • 1 15 oz. can rinsed black beans
  • 2 cans, 14.5 oz each, petite diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 packet McCormick fiesta slow cooker seasoning
Instructions
  1. Combine seasoning and water and pour over remaining ingredients
  2. Cook in crock for 1.5 hours on high
