Chicken and Avocado Flatout

- 1 Chicken Breast - cubed
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- Old Bay or Cajun Seasoning
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - about 2 tbls.
- Broccoli Slaw
- 1 medium avocado - diced
- Flatout
- Pepper
- Smear thin layer of hummus onto flatout
- Rub edges of flatout with coconut oil
- Brown chicken in coconut oil - add old bay, Mrs. Dash, or cajun seasoning
- Place chicken onto flatout
- Cook broccoli slaw in same pan with coconut oil until softened
- Add thin layer of broccoli slaw tio flatout
- Toast in toaster oven or conventional oven until edges are golden brown
- Remove from toaster and top with diced avocado
- Pepper to tast
