- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ripened banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk or regular milk
- 1-2 tsp. raw honey
- 1 cup ice
- Toss all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend and enjoy!
