Roasted Salted Chickpeas make the perfect snack or salad topping.
Ingredients
  • 1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas) - rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spread chickpeas into single layer on baking sheet
  3. Coat evenly with coconut oil
  4. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt
  5. Bake in oven 20 minutes rotating after 10 minutes
