Roasted Salted Chickpeas - Comeback Fitness

- 1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas) - rinsed, drained, and patted dry
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- Himalayan Salt
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Spread chickpeas into single layer on baking sheet
- Coat evenly with coconut oil
- Sprinkle with Himalayan salt
- Bake in oven 20 minutes rotating after 10 minutes
