Ingredients
  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas - rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp. organic grain sugar
  • cinnamon
  • coconut oil or olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees
  2. Rinse and drain chickpeas
  3. Spread in single layer onto baking sheet
  4. Coat with coconut or olive oil - roll around so they are evenly coated
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on all chickpeas, roll them around so that all sides are coated well
  6. Sprinkle sugar on all chickpeas, roll them around so that all sides are coated
  7. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until crispy brown - roll chickpeas around several times during roasting
